Schematica usually doesn't work I'm afraid
Wait, now I'm curious though, could you try pasting one of my newer builds just to see if it works or not?
The Hammerhead, the M-080 and the Eagle 1 have to be pasted in 1.21 (or higher) because they use polished tuff blocks. All my other builds can be pasted in 1.20.1 (or higher).
Theoretically they also shouldn't work with Schematica since those are all .schem files, too.
I just remembered I had to rename the first few .schem files to .schematic because planet minecraft wouldn't let me upload .schem files for a short time after 1.13 was released. They had to adapt to the file change, too I guess. So maybe this is one of those that has been renamed. Yeah, I just downloaded it myself and it really has a .schematic ending. I know for a fact that I built this motorhome in 1.14 though because only then dark oak signs were added.
Sorry for the confusion in this case :/ The .schematic ending may have led you to believe you could paste it with Schematica. But the schematic really is a .schem file that I renamed to .schematic so I could upload it to pmc.
I can still paste it with World Edit though. Only Schematica/Litematica seems to have problems with it. I've literally never had any problems with World Edit. So, my first answer still applies, just try World Edit xD
So maybe try the motorhome schematic now, it should work now :)
If it still doesn't work I will have to paste it into a 1.21 world since the M-44 also was from 1.21. But I don't think anything major regarding schematics changed from 1.20 to 1.21.
Maybe Schematica doesn't like the discrepancy of it being a .schem file but having a .schematic ending.
This is spot on👍
