This build is essentially modeled after a building from the game Anno 1404, and therefore not an original creation.

The structure contains multiple prison cells, methods for execution (hanging, decapitation etc) and a Debtor officers chambers.

For those who might be interested in some more information about the function of this institution I'll include the following excerpt from Wikipedia; A debtors' prison is a prison for people who are unable to pay debt. Through the mid 19th century, debtors' prisons (usually similar in form to locked workhouses) were a common way to deal with unpaid debt in places like Western Europe. Destitute persons who were unable to pay a court-ordered judgment would be incarcerated in these prisons until they had worked off their debt via labor or secured outside funds to pay the balance. The product of their labor went towards both the costs of their incarceration and their accrued debt. Increasing access and lenience throughout the history of bankruptcy law have made prison terms for unaggravated indigence illegal over most of the world.

Since I made this some time ago, before I started using the Conquest texture pack, the interior prison and chambers could likely require some more work or update though I've too many projects right now to make the effort - the general model however seems decent enough at least to put up for download and could serve as an unique addition to your Medieval town build.
