Dongo Bongo Island - Contest Entry

Hi everyone,

I proudly present Dongo Bongo Island. Me and my friend have made this map through sweat and tears (mostly sweat) and perseverance. Unfortunately, since only one person can get credit, it will be me.

Anyway, not only is this island chock full of things to do, but it also guides you through it, almost like a tour. You start out in front of signs and it will go from there. You will get to see all the islands great sights. There are many things and places to visit. Here is the full list:

Dongo Bongo Resort

Dongo Bongo Village

• History Center. A brief history of Dongo Bongo and its people is here. I suggest you check it out to get one of the other landmarks in the village.
  
• Fishing Hut and Restaurant. Fish and eat all with a beautiful view of the ocean and the ship.
  
• The Ship. This ship transported Bongians from Dongo Bongo to Minecraftia and it's now on display. Get there by boat and find out how the sailors lived!
  
• Morgan's Art Gallery. View and purchase the best Bongian art that Bongians are famous for!
  
• The Windmill
  
• Chapel
  
• Mar Inn The Dongo Bongo Resort to big for you. Try this cozy Inn with excellent views of the sea!

And that's basically it. By the way, I like it when people put detail into their projects (design interiors, easter eggs, etc.) so you will see that most of this is pretty detailed.

Speaking of easter eggs, there is one. See if you can find it. I'll be very impressed if you do, Indeed.

Why are some things incomplete? g

I started building this in the middle of February. Since I was sort of late to the game, I didn't have as much time to complete everything. In later versions of this map, I will complete the incomplete (that sounded cool).

The Future of this Map

You may notice that above it says that this map is only 90% done. That's because I only did some of what I wanted to do with this map. I will list these later since it's really late where I am.

How Can I Use This/How do I give you credit?

I'm not that strict on what you do with this world. I like Mojang's rules which states Do Not Distribute. that is without citing me. If you share a link with your friend that's alright, but to put up your own version of this map without crediting me is crossing the line. You can use this on a server if you want too. It has good potential for that sort of thing. Just put somewhere on the server that it was originally made by me and throw one of these links in:
