Servers: You must PM me. By default, all servers are not allowed to use this without my permission.
Texture Pack Artists: Sure. If you want to DL the map and take pictures to showcase your txp, go ahead.
Personal use: Sure, if you just wanna explore and play around, go ahead.
Modify: Depends. If you plan on posting it, assume no. But you can PM me, especially if you wanted to make a adventure map out of it. But you are not allowed to post the modifyed version w/out my permission.
Mods: Not sure how you would use it, but sure as long as credit for the build is given to me.
Blogs: If you wanna use pictures, sure, but give credit.

Here, I want to thank all that have helped me. Of course, I would like to thank my teachers, who have taught me how to be the builder I am now. That would be Binary3, Bramboss1, and Sardanapulus (He doesnt really do anything on PMC, amazing builder though.)
Binary3 helped me quite a bit with this build, since it was outside of my normal build style. Thank you very much for going out of your way to help me with this and getting my head around how it would work.
Bramboss1 was an amazing influence, originally the whole build was going to be using netherrack instead of quartz, but he put that amazing suggestion out there. 
Of course these two have influenced how I have built and also were an amazing inspiration.
I would also like to thank Pilsbaas and CrafterBoy327 for being great friends and inspiring me to attempt my best.
