"...Yet, the desert was no longer just a mass of sand. Something else was
there. But was it real? Or was it something he could actually physically
touch? He stepped forward, exhaustion taking him over. He fell down the
other slope of the dune toward the entity in front of him..."

Sliding to a stop meters away, there was no doubt in Steve's mind that
what he saw was true. A beautiful oasis, that seemed to be built to sustain
a single person in need. Hope and salvation rushed through him, he
used the last of his effort to try and reach the green island. As he made his way
over, the sand started to move out from underneath his feet. Steve's trek
through the unforgiving desert was not at an end.

The sand whipped through the air, surrounding the oasis, spiraling faster
and faster as Steve climbed on to the soft grass. Looking over the edge,
he realised he was now far above the ground. He clung to the single tree,
the wind and sand scraping at his clothes and skin.

The small island started to dissolve, being ripped apart by the intense
sandstorm. Steve turned only in time to see the eyes of the Devil, as the
life was drained out of the once beautiful oasis. All he could see was chaos
as everything faded to black...


I didn't make this project to be some kind of immense feat of building skill.
I haven't gotten to participate in a PMC contest for some time. I just wanted
to have fun and build an interesting concept =)

I've been working on so look out! I hope to have it finished
pretty soon =) I'm really excited to post it ^.^
