To install onto minecraft :
Step 1: Extract and put the folder on your desktop or anywhere u choose to be good
Step 2: Put that folder in your resource packs folder in your %appdata% roaming .minecraft folder.
Done!
OH BTW World Download is really the resource pack it just thinks its a World :p
