Ive repaired the roads and most of the npc houses ive also add a boat and boat dock to the lake originally it i was just exploring and creating new worlds then i came across this one and thought it was amazing :P hope you enjoy.
(NOTE) This is not just a seed their has been allot of activity for me as to fixing the place up.;)

when you go into mc edit highlight the town and dock and then press copy then save (put it on your desktop) then up load to planet minecraft.

yea it was smaller at first but i couldn't center the flag so i just kept making it bigger lol and i just explored the cave for the first time to find out that its a dead end lol
