Granny sold her house. Yep, she did. Ryes Nero found this on PrimeLocation and quickly snatched it up for a bargain of $16,000 (£8,950 approx.). He bought it and spent around $14,000 (£7,850 approx.) on renovations and material costs.
Granny's house is now fully renovated and refurbished. Bearing in mind that this house holds many treasured, cherished and precious memories, I tried my best to renovate both the inside and outside whilst sticking with the original floor plan as best as I could. I have torn down a couple of walls to make the house tidier, neater and more spacious, whilst adding the necessary structural foundations. As a result, some walls and doors may have shifted, changed or disappeared completely, along with certain portions of flooring and stairs. All furniture has been replaced except for the couch and storage cabinet in the living area, and the old chest in the attic.
Other Changes:
Additional furniture and plants have been added for a nicer finish. There are a total of 3 laptops around the house. The storage cabinet which was once in the living area has been moved to the back door entrance. As a bonus, the large, double-garage houses a dual-cab silver HiLux suitable for trades people and farmers. The kitchen has been completely redone and it comes with a brand new, economically friendly cheap fridge. The basement and backyard has been refurbished and cleared of all junk. The well has been rebuilt with freshly cut cobblestone. The shed which was once in the backyard has been recycled into wooden planks and poles. The playhouse has been thrown in the tip and recycled. Every other wooden junk has been grounded, recycled and sold as laminate flooring. The refurbished home which was once Granny's now contains:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom + toilet
- 1 kitchen
- 1 dining area
- 1 living area
- 1 largest double-garage
Additionally, it comes with:
- 1 security room
- 1 storage room
- 1 walk-in robe (attached to room 2)
- 1 basement
- 1 attic
- 2 prisoner cells
- 1 workshop
- 1 backyard (with homemade guillotine)
- 1 veranda
- 1 indoor balcony
It used to only contain:
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom + toilet
- 1 kitchen
- 1 dining area
- 1 living area
- 1 shed
- 1 attic
- 1 prisoner cell
- 1 backyard (with Granny's guillotine)
This house is now valued at $62,000 (£34,800 approx.). The exterior is made entirely of weatherboard, except for the backyard walls of which 1/3 has been replaced with cobblestone. Before I listed this house for sale, Granny paid a visit and planted some dead bushes in the refurbished backyard to commemorate her ownership of the house. She was quite glad that I have done the necessary repairs, additions and refurbishments, at the same time keeping the layout and important elements which gives this house the 'granny touch.'

I have reuploaded the map as there were a few things I wasn't quite happy with. These are:
1. Lack of a wall gutter at the right side of the house.
2. 3 spruce trees right next to the right side. They were touching the walls and one of them had leaves blocking a master bedroom window. Honestly, who wants trees touching their house? It's a dangerous sign that their roots have burrowed themselves right into the house foundation!
3. Spawnpoint has been updated. Shouldn't be able to get lost in the woods again.These have all been fixed in the recent upload. :)
