I hope you guys all enjoyed the beauty of Plazden Heights (aka Heights City) while it was on PMC for several months. I just wanted to let you all know that this project has mostly left my mind, and I can't seem to build any more buildings that correspond to the intimate scale I designed for the city. So, in spite of that, I will be making an entirely new city on a much larger scale. It will be entitled "San Fernando", and will include numerous features such as a massive Niagara-sized waterfall called DeBorah Falls, the Schwartz observation tower, a Marriott Marquis, the largest mall in Minecraft (called Asterisk Shopping Center), a bronze "Tiranicus's Dream" statue, and a humongous beachside resort entitled "Palm Springs". This new project leads to the complete and entire shutdown of this project, I am just not satisfied with the way it came out and I do not have the inspiration or ability to furnish buildings that are on such a tiny scale. So, everything I'm building in San Fernando, including the suburbs, farms, and other surrounding cities, will be on a 1:1 scale, so it is MUCH easier to furnish throughout and will come together cohesively. I will also mention that I will NOT recreate any iconic landmarks like I did in this city with the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and the Twin Towers. However, I do plan to build all of these on a 1:2 scale (no furnishing) on a separate map. Have a good day :)

Hello, fellow Minecrafters. Today, I am going to show you my new Work-in-Progress City-Plazden Heights, nicknamed Heights City. I call it the most creative and cohesive city in Minecraft, as the buildings in Heights City are not only replicas of New York icons, they are also entirely out of imagination. However, the buildings serve their own purpose to unite for the making of a fully-functional city in Minecraft.
Let's talk about the segments of Heights City.


Downtown is a diverse town of itself. Located at Heights City Mainland's southern tip, everywhere you are in Downtown gives you a great view towards three great bodies of water. Downtown has numerous shopping destinations, prestigious office complexes, the ring of the city, beautiful parks, luxury resorts, open plazas and a large granite pier running down its west side. Downtown is a historical site, but is modernized for the needs of today. From Downtown's very ground rises the tallest buildings in Heights City, and a grand memorial to victims of the 9/11 attacks-the World Trade Center towers. Just looking south is Liberal Circle, part of the City, which includes a 1:2 replica of the Statue of Liberty. Also in Downtown is a humongous modern transportation hub which takes you to multiple outskirts of the city, including Strotton, Monterrey, Magnolia and Monticello. Downtown is also home to the popular Werner Observatory on the East side of town, where people can look at the city's incredible skyline at night from astounding heights above the busy streets. Downtown truly defines the city and its standards, and includes its very own aura, its own aroma.

Heights City Center, also known as Midtown Heights City, Mid-Heights City, or the Center, is at the direct middle of the city. It rests right at the intersection of Downtown and Heights City North. This is where the hustle and bustle of the city exists. It houses many tall, imposing skyscrapers, also popular tourist destinations rising many, many floors above Heights City Center's crowded streets. The area includes high-class hotels, numerous offices, large museums/memorials, and many attractions. The Center is home to the Invogue Promenade, a complex of contemporary glass skyscrapers surrounding a large plaza, and one of the most prestigious office complexes in the city. On the East side of town, there is a plaza facing the Canal, called Christ Center, which opens every December to the public for a show of firecrackers along the Canal every night. Heights City Center is certainly the most busy area in the entire city, entwined with the beauties the rest of the city has to offer such that everything goes along accordingly and cohesively.

Heights City North, otherwise known as North Tip, is a versatile segment on the Northern Tip of Town, something I call the "Chicago of Heights City". Buildings here are like no other, with odd shapes and stacks of prismatic glass and tiles of aluminum plates over steel pillars and concrete floors. This is the home of the Dölçhé du Nord Pier and the Sprawl Amusement Park operated by Prominent Attractions. Heights City North contains luxury apartment complexes, vast hotels, numerous offices, amazing restaurants, and an overpass to Monterrey. It also includes the Derlin Finance Center, another great office complex of many modern buildings. The city's components create a glorious skyline in which unity is key, and specifically the skyline in its good-looking self.

HEIGHTS CITY OUTSKIRTS



Monterrey is a luxury suburban outskirt on the North Side of the Outskirts of Heights City. It houses many prestigious mansion complexes in which multi-millionaires and billionaires who invest in the mainland live in. They are all furnished. They have great views of the Harbor and the Diehq Canal. In addition to the houses, there are many restaurants, a grocery store, and a mall.

Monticello is a small urban town just across the famous West End Harbor. It houses a luxurious apartment complex, many tiny buildings, townhouses, restaurants, a few office towers, and some waterfront hotels. Facing the Mid-West side of Monticello is the Mall of Minecraftia (MOM), the largest shopping center in the world, roughly 3.4 million square feet in real life.


Strotton is located South of the Mainland, just southeast of Liberal Circle and the Agricultural Hub of Heights City itself. It has many farm houses, fast food restaurants, a hotel, and miles of farms. The dairy farms are found South of Strotton. It is the main source of fresh food throughout the Mainland.

Magnolia is a town located at the East side of the city. It is accessed by the twin bridges, and is bordered by the estuary that runs the Canal to the Atlantic Ocean. At the North Side of town is a lovely stone mountain where a waterfall flows gently into the canal. Magnolia is mainly a suburban town with gorgeous single family homes facing the Atlantic Ocean.
