This is my take on a hidden passageway behind a wall or bookcase. Rather than two pistons being used to open and shut like a mouth, six pistons are used to retract and fold into the wall. The effect is more appealing, opening a perfect 1 by 2 block hallway.
There are two locks. One lock is located on the outside behind a portrait. The other is located on the inside above the opening. The portrait lock deactivates the outside pressure plate. This mean you can't go in, but can still come out if you're already inside (not being locked in). The inside lock completely deactivates the device (no coming in or going out). The design is extremely easy to reproduce in survival mode or multiplayer.

- Added a hang on the input power. This way the door doesn't shut before the player is able to reach the other pressure plate. This fixes what was causing the door to open-shut-open-shut on one passing.
