_About the build_
A large luxury villa.
The modern and minimalist look takes place around a majestic and imposing custom tree, creating the perfect fusion of the domains of nature and men.
For the living area I experimented with several materials for floors and walls, together with some new furniture designs and I'm really satisfied with the final result. The living are looks both very modern and comfortable at the same time!
The upper floor houses the bedroom and two small terraces while a bigger terrace is instead on the roof.
The surrounding garden houses the central tree, roses, a couple of rock formations and a small pond near a aesthetic colonnade.

Module compatible with Infinity Systems.

Ah, this is lovely and creative. I'm not too fond of the tree shape but I have to say the concept is a lovely mix of ideas with the structural design being integrated around it and the interior is comfortable too so I'm certainly not complaining. I really quite like it when a house can be made to look alive so in fact I think it's a *good* thing overall. :) Adding greenery like that to a build is just so pleasant and nice to look at- or at least that's my take and maybe I go a little overboard at times but I say nature is worth it anyway, and hayfever won't stop that.
Nice build. :) Seems like the best of the template examples so far which goes well with the "go all out" sign. Looks like this city will be pretty fun to see in the end. :D

Yes, I'm finishing the examples now, and the 2x2 and 2x3 required more time, so I finished all the rest before!

You're welcome! I'm glad the feedback was appreciated as I was a bit worried I was overstepping what was acceptable to say, and good luck with the minor edits to the tree if you do. :) More leaves may help with making the bunches a little more fittingly shaped, though I am not the best judge of trees so I'm not completely sure what to suggest. I do find trees often can be given a lot of shape with stairs and slabs and fences though and sometimes people add vines to the leaves and do stuff like "//replace <vine vine" which can give you hanging vines pretty easily if you want that- *I like hanging blocks in building.* But- hm, well, I don't know quite what to suggest but whatever is done, good luck, and hopefully it goes well. :)
Good luck also with the 2x3 one which may yet be the most interesting if it's delayed even more than this. o: I'm curious how it'll go, and mhm- I've seen the rest (although this is my first comment). It's a nice collection. :)
(This is a nice competition design and watching the builds rotate every time I build ingame is also pretty amazing though for me. I'm not used to that at all. So- random mention where I wanted to say what you've designed is cool. Not entirely relevant but I said it anyway. xD)

I haven't done much modern before this - just a one-off house in a city on a server a while back which turned out nice enough - so I'm not totally sure how I'll do but I'm giving it a shot anyway as it seems like a nice event concept. :) (Also, thank you for the diamond. :D Yay.)
