The new capital city of The Dominion and one of the main mage capitals of the world, Imperium stands tall in the central part of the Snow Swept Plains. During the old wars, the Dominion have wrestled control of the region from many factions, and ever since the destruction of the first capital, Gothrick, Imperium has become the new capital city of this mighty faction.

Despite the massive influx of steamtech after the Old Wars and the persecution of many magic users, Imperium remains to be the home to many mages. Due to the magic defenses of the city and the big population of mana savvy citizens, Imperium has managed to stay very relevant in the north of the Vaporian continent.
