I have seen a few designs of Iron Golem farms, and it is too hard to get villagers, of course, spawners are even harder to get... This design is the most efficient for faction servers with Iron Golem Spawners, and once you get one spawner, it is easier to get the others! So learn the design and build it for your faction!
