Quick Notice: This map was made in the beta to 1.2, so the Seed I won't provide.
Isle Terrawood is a survival map that hosts several towns and cities in traveling distance between in each other.
As you start off, you can head in any direction, for beginners theres a small castle with beds and basic supplies.
A compass shows wheres the cities that you can go to
Miner Town
(Sunrise)
Desert City I Terrawood City
I
- - - - I - - - - Peninsula Town
The Highlands I
I Swamp City
(Sunset)
Cities: The images of the cities can be found on my DeviantArt page.
Desert City: A metropolis city home to almost 76 (+) villagers, its protected by a bedrock wall that has protected the city from the mobs outside, it is located inside the Desert Biome. A quick way to enter the city without adding blocks is using the Aqueduct or the Mag-Lev line.
Terrawood City: Another city, its the capital of the region, home to slightly less citizens. Its the starter town for those that start a new. Most of the houses are filled basic furniture just have to do is buy a house. It is built in a grassplains and surrounded by a massive forest. Its the second station of the Mag-lev between Desert City and Terrawood.
Peninsula Town: A small outpost that serves as the Import/Export for Terrawood. It is built on a costal desert with a large mine inside. It is connected with a rail-line to Terrawood
Swamp City: As the name suggest is built inside the swamps, a haven for those that want to be hidden.
The Highlands: A resort town that is built in the Highland Mountains. It has 2 majestic waterfalls and a scenic view from the Spawn Point.
Miner Town: Is literally an abandoned mine shaft turned active. The citizens live above in the cliffs and mine the ore inside. A rail-line connects to it Desert City.
--The Nether--
Every city but Peninsula Town are all connected by a portal in the Nether Region. Reasons why Peninsula Town doesn't have a portal because in the Nether Region, Swamp City and Terrawood City are close to each other so the purpose of having a portal in Peninsula Town isn't really worth it, and try not make a portal there it is not worth it.
Sorry for the long description but its to describe the cities.
The Texture Pack needed to make this look like the pictures is the Athos Roman Texture Pack.

Just Unzip this file in your .minecraft/saves/
and it will work.
Do not convert this map into a server, this map is mine.
This map is in constant update, its ready to play but I may add updates.
For Those miners.
Some towns hold the Diamond of the Mine, or a massive source of diamonds that the player can get. Its a first come first serve. Theres a total of 4 Diamond of the Mine scattered around the map. Do not go beserk and destroy the whole cities finding these sources. 2 of them can be easily found. The other 2 must be mined out either by accident or by TNT.
Another note, in the Nether Region has water sources, for those that want to "cool down". Try not to release the water into the lava chamber below or it will ruin the region. There are Netherwart Farms built with the portals so traveling to the Netherfortress are saved. In the Terrawood Portal theres an animal pen, if needed you can kill the animals please replace the lost animals though. This regards to the animals in the major cities and The Highlands, replace the lost animals.
Each city except Miner,Swamp and Peninsula has a Solanos House, these houses stand out in the cityscape. They hold special items for the player to use.
