This here is my latest build, the Otsego-Class Light Cruiser. It features 13 fireguns in four sections, two heavy torpedo launchers for cracking armor in broadside fights, and a new feature, the mobile tnt cannon. I learned the design after dissecting one of baccayarro's (loraxe42) builds, the royal battleship from his Minecraft Airship Pirates series. The cannon doesn't pack the same punch or the same range as baccayarro's latest designs, but it is still effective.

Also featured in the ship are numerous crew quarters, a mess hall, two storage rooms, a brig with three rooms, a boarding ramp, officers' quarters, a secondary bridge, and an engineering room. The forward, starboard, and portside fireguns are controlled from the main bridge, while the aft fireguns are controlled from the secondary bridge. Only the broadside fireguns are linked to redstone clocks. The ship is fully armored, with two layers of armor in some places.

The ship, like most of my previous builds, requires a movecraft type that uses 40%-80% wool as the flyblock. The torpedoes require separate movecraft types that have baccayarro's 'cruise on pilot' option enabled. There are signs for two separate torpedo classes in the torpedo bay. The boarding ramp requires a movecraft type that uses only netherbrick materials (bricks, stairs, and fences) and has the 'horizontal movement only' option enabled. None of the movecraft types can use dirt, gravel, stone, stone bricks, sand, etc.

NOTE: In order for the cannon towork properly, you must wait until the dispensers stop clicking before firing OR moving. The reload system sucks in water (deployed with the first bind of tnt) after the first bind of tnt explodes (the second bind of tnt is the tnt that is fired away at the target). IF you fire the cannon before the water has been sucked back into its dispenser, the cannon will malfunction and explode, taking a good portion of the redstone that powers the cannon with it.

Sorry about the range of the cannon, I didn't realize it was so short. I'll get to work on a design that shoots the tnt much further. The previous long-ranged design I had blew up the ship 50% of the time, so it may be a while before V2 comes out.
