Liscio is an Italian canal segment constructed upon the given 16x16 plot. Liscio is Italian for simple or smooth, perfectly detailing my small, but charming entry. Despite my restricted space I have striven to reproduce the likeness of one of Italy's many historic canals. It many not be anything filled with grandeur, but it strikes me as quaint and cute. Hopefully, it will leave the same impression on you.
Surprisingly, this was harder than it first appeared. I flitted through multiple builds before finally settling on this idea at around 5:00 in the morning. This is my very first contest submission in my two years of Planet Minecraft. I don't expect to win any medals, but I had fun competing in this challenge, and look forward to enlisting in many more.
