The Research and Enforcement Divisions of the government secret agency M.E.L.O. often collaborate to create very advanced and sophisticated technology and weapons. Some of these creations are the aerial vehicles that the Organization uses to travel across the globe. The specified vehicle of this file is the Public Personal-Troop Transport "PPTT". Much like the PMPT, this vehicle was primarily created with the purpose of disguising M.E.L.O. from the public. Built from the base of an F-22 Raptor, this fighter is faster than the PT, but less maneuverable and can only travel 2,500 miles or 4,020 km. This plane is more geared towards combat than transportation, and in 2006 this class of vehicle was re-designated for combat use only instead of public appearance.
