General changes
- Reduced world size to 300 KB by deleting unused chunks (was 5 MB)
- Added rustycreeper as a map collaborator

Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where the player would spawn in creative mode inside the roof of the house with a full inventory of items when playing in singleplayer
