The Middle Ages was the period in European history from the collapse of Roman civilization in the 5th century BCE to the period of the Renaissance (beginning in the 13th, 14th, or 15th century, depending on the region of Europe and other factors). It is characterized by epic wars, bravery on the battlefield, castles, knights, and D&D elements. Major artistic eras that aligned with the Medieval Era were the Romanesque and the Gothic art.

Anything that is Medieval in style. Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) is also permitted.
Below are some ideas for different entry types:

• cozy medieval house,
• impenetrable castle/fortress/palace,
• frozen-in-time gory battlefield,
• astonishing medieval village/town/city,
• statue of a magnificent dragon,
• a single Viking ship or a whole fleet!

👗 SKINS:
• star-crossed warrior,
• man in full plate armor,
• mighty ax-swinging Viking,
• fancy Lord/Lady,
• cunning Goblin.

🖌️ TEXTURE PACKS:
• Weapons/Shield redesign,
• Roughened armor/clothes,
• Coat of Arms banners,
• Hostile mobs to D&D characters,
• Whole texture pack in medieval style.

⚙️ MODS/DATAPACKS:
• Additional weapons/armor,
• Royal regalia (crown, scepter, etc.),
• Working siege weapons (trebuchet, battering ram, catapult),
• Medieval titles to go with usernames (in chat and overhead),
• Goblins, Giants, additional Dragons, etc.

📝 BLOGS:
• (Short) story set in the Middle Ages,
• Research on a topic connected to life in the Middle Ages (Guilds, Coat of Arms, Beliefs and Religions, Crusades, Hand-to-hand combat practises, etc).
