Reanimated from the bones of the earth, the Megalith orbits sedately in the planet's shadow. A sanctuary for vampires and astronomers, it stays in permanent darkness, sheltered from the light pollution of the sun while its inhabitants gaze upon the stars in peace. Once in a blue moon, it swoops silently down to Earth to offer refuge to the loneliest lost soul.
