This was quite a fun build to do. The real source material consisted of a castle towering nearly 700ft tall, and I did not want to go through that pain of replicating it on a large scale. So, I resorted to a micro version, that only comes in at 60 blocks tall. It's a very small rendition of the famous castle, all within the boundaries of a 101x101 plot.

I love this idea and the build is great, but there is a full map of Hogwarts along with in game quests, npcs, diagon alley, and Azkaban here: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/harry-potter-adventure-map-3347878/
I would highly recommend playing it, as it is free and requires no mods. PS: you should try to make diagon alley next!
