Korag -An Orcish Settlement,
| So having recently moved to a new server I was given the opportunity to start a fresh. Wanting to try something different I decided I would have ago at an Orcish settlement. I started by looking at Jeracrafts awesome work and followed his tutorial for the leaders hut. Now having an idea of what style I wanted to create I then moved to the small house and tower using images from WoW and other orcish stuff :). I'm excited to see how it all goes :) |
| A New World (The Road to Korag 1) The journey to this new world was not easy...not easy at all. And as Voktar, exile and refugee stepped out into the strange new land he gasped at the sight of the barren desert that now lie ahead of him. He had come all this way to be rewarded with just sand, lots of sand. Desperately, he looked and looked but the only structure in sight was the mysterious stone portal he had just exited. His green hands, rough and marked with the scars and callous's now clenched themselves into big green fists. With one almighty roar he vented out his frustration. A grunt from behind Voktar let him know that he was no longer alone. He turned around to see his faithful friend Orthau take his first steps in the new land. 'Ain't much izzit' Voktar grumbled to his friend. 'Ther tis a sea breeze n no evil armiez ere, we can mek it wurk' He responded optimistically. Voktar nodded, his friend was right. There were no persecutors here as far as he could tell. For the last few years Voktar and his people had lived in fear and torment under the rule of a tyrant sorcerer in a world far away from where he stood now. His people had been forced into slavery working for the sorcerer, the women and children included. That world had been very unkind to Voktar orcish race. Coming through the portal Voktar had been hoping for something alot better than what he now looked upon. He was hoping for a great new start, a refresh. Opening the portal to this world had taken a lot of work, terrible work. Voktar had regretfully agreed to work with the Orcish warlocks to help get their race away from the old world. He wanted nothing more to settle down and wash his hands of this. Orthau nudged Voktar out of a daze he had entered. Voktar shook his head as he remembered what was happening. A cart came out of the portal, pushed by two more road weary orcs. Then more of them came out. Women, children, old orcs, young orcs, warriors, workers..warlocks. They, like Voktar, were here to find their new home. Many greeted the new world with the same distress as Voktar. Many others smiled optimistically at the potental of the new land like Orthau. 'We med it' Orthau said. 'Smile' Voktar smiled, his friend was right. 'We found our new home' |

Gave the magic section a revamp, moved it below surface level made it a bit more creepier, new boats added to docks, its all coming together!
