This is an original modern house design and build that I came up with from scratch.
Feel free to use this for your own builds and maps, as there is a structure file inside the world save that you can copy to other worlds. Follow this path is you are unsure as to the location of the NBT structure file of the house, - Modern House/generated/minecraft/structures (structure files are in the same place in every map that has them).
