Mon Repos is a villa located on the Greek island of Corfu. It used to be the summer residence of the former Greek royal family and many royals were born there (amongst them Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh). The villa was confiscated by the Greek republican government in 1974 and is now a museum. The architects of this seemingly English-neoclassical mediterranean villa were "Xronis" and Sir George Whitmore.
