If you are downloading the schematic, make sure to also download the resource pack, it won't look right without it. If you download the map, you don't have to download the resource pack.
This large structure is based on the floating spires you see in Halo 4, on the Forerunner world of Requiem. It is available as both a map, and a schematic. I highly recommend the map version, as it shows the spire as I intended. It also includes a hidden terminal that ties directly into the story from my Halo adventure map, Kalopsia.
This structure is also used in my Requiem test map, which you can download here.

Updated the link to the new 1.16 compatible version of the resource pack. However, the schematic and map have not been updated or tested in versions newer than 1.13
