To find the individual schematics for each Pokemon:
In the world folder there will be a folder labeled "SCHEMATICS". Look inside to find all the schematics for the individual Pokemon.

Haven't updated this in forever. It took me a while to get my hands on the instructions for the later Pokemon!

There isn't a schematic for the Caterpie, Snorlax, or Dragonite in the schematic file in the world folder.
