Necrai-class shuttle

The Necrai-class shuttle was designed and manufactured by Cuax Technologies, as well as partially by Syvatii Unlimited, to carry GACIAF officials and officers between ships, stations, and systems. As a light shuttle the ship could land in the hangar bay of most capital ships and space stations, which was useful in expanding the utility of the Necrai-class. The shuttle had seating and storage space for eight passengers in the standard configuration, with some models containing twice as many seats in the main compartment and even two additional seats at the back of the cockpit. Access to the outside was done primarily through two extendable ramps on either side of the aft structure. For loading cargo, the Necrai-class also had a small lift between the boarding ramps. Unfortunately the landing gear and shape of the ship meant there was minimal clearance for the cargo lift, making it unsuitable for some types of cargo. This was not usually an issue, since as a light shuttle there was not much of a need for transporting cargo outside of the personal belongings and equipment of the passengers. GACIAF would purchase a moderately large number of Necrai-class shuttles as government vehicles, and by the 48,700s less capable models had been released for TAUFOG nations and companies to buy.
