So i made this NEW creation called the "Pulse-Minimizer"
its called "Pulse-Minimizer" cause it minimizes a pulse to a split second.
(fun fact:i was just making a random thing and i made this)
Note:i would love it if you can make a tutorial of how to make this "Pulse-Minimizer"

define a "split second" because I can do pulses that last 1/2 a second with my 3x3 pulser design

This is not new... The concept and effect has been around since redstone. www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Redstone_circuit#Pulse_limiters
