The emerald city just went platinum!

A redesigned reconstruction of the city New Mombasa from Halo 3: ODST. Based on planet Windward, this city is the capital of the small yet extremely powerful nation known by it's citizens as Cascadia.

Cascadia hosts the spawn for my server, Planet Windward RP, which will be up on October 1st. Cascadia will ensure the safety of any new players and supports players to exercise their ability to do anything they please, but not without consequences.

The city features a skyscraper district to the West full of space to set up businesses, luxurious condos for shelter, government buildings, and restaurants to boot. The East side of the city known as the Amber District features trading buildings, stores, parks, a redesigned Space Needle, and a Colosseum. The Northern edge of the city is mainly dedicated to safety and utility, complete with the Safe Guard building looking over the city center.
