This is a small scale replica of the N.S.E.A. Protector from the movie Galaxy Quest. I'm marking this as 75% complete because there is no interior and I haven't finalized the exterior details (like then"NSEA" writing on the wings is only readable on one side). This model is 125 blocks long, which is much smaller than the ship in the movie (that one is supposedly 450 meters). I haven't really decided what to do with the interior yet.

Update 9/9/11: Added an image of my 1:1 scale Protector progress.

I was just thinking of making this and was looking up Google images and this popped up! Really nice job so far! Is the 1:1 Scale going to have some inside detail?

Progress on this project has been very slow, but I do have the large version more than half done. For the interior I was planning on having the control room and the hallway with the pistons and the omega 13, but not much else. I have no idea when I will actually have time to do all that though.

If you are using MCEdit then when you go to the clone mode (3) there is an area called scale factor on the bar that shows up on the left. To make this ship the 450 meters long just increase the scale factor to 3.6.
