Sure I will give you some feedback.
In short I gave you a diamond for the following; It is a project that contains several sides, farm, village, harbor and such. They have all something different so it isn't recycled over and over. Plus that this is your first post and good screenshots, heck why not a diamond.

For improvements I took a look into the world save and these are my suggestions:
- Get the harbor walls into the bottom of the sea, not 1 or 2 blocks below water. In Minecraft that's ugly to see, and yes a bloody work to fix it.
- Place in the harbor some sort of crane, so that the cargo can easily be place on land and height.
- Instead of the normal boats, why not build actual ships and then take another look at the placement of the landing spots.
- Personally I like interior, so get more interior done. And yes this one takes time to, I know.
- The church has a traditional roof. So don't add a unused level inside the church roofs. It looks weird when you're standing inside the church.
- The exterior looks great of the houses in the main village. However the dirt, sidethingies for the flowers, can use some bottom protection like a woodslab in my opinion.
- The farms are great, but what about animals? Where are the cows, chickens, sheep & piggies?
- I saw you made a start with a mine. Maybe continue with it? Expand it to more dephts.
- The top roof of the church is supported by 4 wooden sticks/fences. With the heavy looking top-roof, it doesn't look so solid made as the rest of the build.

I think that was my feedback. In short the base of your builds are nice & different than usual, which I like. But  their is room for improvement. Tip, try to use different blocks for the roofs.

ps. Feel free to ask for more feedback.

Thank you
All the feedback helps me to make you projects better. I do have three questions about the feedback you have given me.
First off is when you said to try and use different blocks for the roofs. I agree completely with this as I think the stone roofs make the houses look a bit plain. However I am finding it hard to come up with a replacement material which would suit the houses. Any suggestions?
Second is the boats. Do you mean large, illustrious boats or small ones, bearing in mind the enterance to the harbor is quite small. I could expand it but it might take some time.
And finally my next project (hopefully) is going to be The Lost City of Atlantis. I know it has nothing to do with Old Ashton but I was wondering if you had any tips before I began.

Again, thank you for the feedback.

Roofs:
It's a search. Wooden roofs are easier to improve since their are 6 wood types. Regarding stone I would say play a bit around with the slabs/stairs to look which can be used together and which pair not. This trial & error can be usefull later.

Boats:
Simple small ones that fit into the harbor. For ideas and sizes, I guess all a bit to large but still usefull person to take a look at his submissions.

Atlantis:
Try out some parts of the build ahead. Build them and look if you're happy with it. It is easier to rebuild a small part then several finished builds. Plus it gives insight on the actual size of the buildings. Maybe outline what where comes so everything fits. Don't forget to double check, it's quite annoying to realign several builds with 1 block.
