For me I make the whole minecraft not responding it works for me

Or else try to do the saving on forge any version (it should work)

You need to keep on mining the oneblock the oneblock is a world but it regenerates as u mine it

but you know how the blocks repetivatley get better that resets. It goes back to the basic blocks when Iog off then on again
