Here is the code to try for yourself. (I got rid of the lore to the pickaxe since it wasn't working with the code for some reason)
/give @p minecraft:iron_pickaxe 1 0 {Unbreakable:1,display:{Name:"The Zeilregen"},ench:[{id:32,lvl:200},{id:19,lvl:100},{id:35,lvl:1000}],HideFlags:1}
i believe the enchantments are knockback, fortune, and maybe sharpness? it's been a while since i created this code.

I got the world download for you. I added a special item display before you get the item - just for fun.
you will have to change it over to survival mode for the pickaxe to work /gamemode 0
and i just tested it, and i spawned in too many items from just 2 ores and i froze my minecraft. so be careful lol
