Plains Barnhouse

Hey There!

After a long break from Minecraft, I wanted to challenge myself with a new mini-series where I build houses for each biome that this game has to offer! Doing research, taking inspiration from how different cultures adapt housing depending on their terrain in real life, and, of course, adding a bit of my own touch to each one!

Despite the diversity that a plains biome brings for builders, I wanted to settle on a barnhouse with muted colours of mangrove and sandstone variants! Although this isn't a detailed/copypaste of a regular barnhouse, I wanted to experiment with the framing, curved roof, and a small extension at the back to add a staircase. I did use a little bit of debugging on the fenced windows to create this unique shape!
