This World has a beacon that changes colours from red to orange to yellow to lime to green to cyan to blue to purple to magenta. in between switching colours the beacon will flash white like the default colour. Sadly this is just part of Minecraft and there is no way to fix it. If you go like 50 blocks away you won't notice the white flash.
