Rilasien is a small portwho'socean is frozen over. The town itself consists of a dozen or so homes, market, clock tower, mansion, 2 boats, and a plane. I tried to keep an organic vibe throughout the build by making trees, roofs, and docks blend with theenvironment. Also with this build I didn't want to focus on extreme terraforming and instead focused like usual on the detail. As always the texture pack is linked below, that being the best way to look at the build. I personally enjoyed making this one and hope you enjoy it to.
