RTX Minecraft The Depths
Hi everyone!
Welcome to my latest Minecraft with RTX On Bedrock Community Event submission! You can download this for JAVA or BEDROCK!
This is a solo build & I made this specifically for the NVIDIA RTX On event hosted by Planet Minecraft.
This was a fun map to make seeing what the little 2080ti is capable of - so I should give a little back story to help you understand where I got the inspiration for this build!

I have a Chocolate Fantail Goldfish named Cinnamon. Cinnamon is a mean fish. If you can imagine a fish waking up on the wrong side of the bed EVERY SINGLE DAY then this is him.
Cinnamon is almost three years old and get this - he MURDERED his tank mate, Moth, in cold blood!

Well. Gold fish are cold blooded. But that's irrelevant! Cinamon is a bully and has lived alone for almost two years now. He is very pretty to look at and eats like I never feed him, but thats about it.
So why build a map in RTX On that has three epic Koi fish, not a hormonally unbalanced, entitled Goldfish? Because tank murderers do not deserve recognition. And Koi fish ARE SO MUCH COOLER and I'd love to tell you a little about them seeing as you're here already!

There is a Minecraft fishing bobber in this build, but I want you to know Koi are not to be fished up! They are ornamental, meaning they're to be pretty and decorative, not for dinner! Some cultures even consider them to be markers of wealth and good fortune, business success or serenity depending on the colour of the Koi you have!
Originating from East Asia, Koi fish can live for over 200 years (That's a long time to be alone if you bully your tank mate to death, Cinnamon!) But they typically live around 50 years and can be passed down generations as heirlooms.
They are an intelligent fish, kept as pets and are rumored to recognize their owners! Cool huh! They love shade because they get sunburned easily and are very expensive to buy, upwards of $250,000.
Cinnamon was $7 from a Pet Store.

The new NVIDIA RTX 30 series cards are the incredibly powerful successors of the RTX 20 series, and were released on September 1, 2020. The cards are based on the Ampere architecture and feature hardware-accelerated raytracing (RTX) with Nvidia's second-generation RT cores and third-generation Tensor Cores.
PBR stands for Physically based rendering (PBR) and refers to the concept of using realistic shading/lighting models along with measured surface values to accurately represent real-world materials.
