Tried my hand at building the Athena Research Institute from Dayz Namalsk map. The building is in turn inspired by a real life structure located in the Chernobyl area.
I have yet to add interiors or fully add gradient to the outside so the progress is only about 50% and I might continue to update this if i decide to finish it completely.

Download added since so many people have asked.
There is no interior and I'm lazy (it's late) so I added a download to one of my small testing worlds so you get a bunch of extra small builds all mixed together.
