These are a pair of spiraling spheres. One is about 64 blocks in diameter and the other is 32. I made the small one out of ice, water and snow, but changed it for most of the pictures (plus squids started spawning inside them). If you want them concentric like in the pics then just line up the glass blocks at the center.

It would be a bummer if someone placed the ice/water/snow sphere in a desert biome and it melted...

its not possible to make sphere in minecraft without a program or your just really smart

Unfortunately I did not use a plug-in. I made a program in LabVIEW that filled in a 3D array based on the radius and angles and output to png files that I imported into Minecraft with MinecraftStructurePlanner.
