Very cool. I did a little research on this tower. It appears to be purely a concept design, as i cannot find any information beyond the architect's page. Take a look at the date on the project, says 2010, but there is no documentation of a 400m tower anywhere in China, let alone Beijing. It is a nice concept, and if they can get the project going, could be a nice addition to the area, particularly with OMA's CCTV building adjacent to it. Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners are famous for designing a few high-rises in London and WTC 3 in New York.
