A reworked version of star base 97 with a more detailed arboretum, hanger deck area, and lay out.
The design use elements of Starbase 97 but laid out in a more diverse way.
The base isn't set up to use any texture packs.

Many rooms are empty - quarters mainly - I am far too lazy to fill in 2000 rooms
