An enemy cruiser has been seen heading on the colony of nomigalla !
It seems we have broke into their land by settling this colony !
Know your enemy, it's the mighty Gaunt class cruiser, comanded by the admiral Lordwells !
Everyone shall rise to defend our precious land !
We need power for our weapons ! Give diamonds as war coupons so we could shootdown this enemy airship and let the citizens of nomigalla (aka: widows, ophans and kittens) live in peace on our colonized territory ! The more diamonds we have, the more power we have ! And if we have more power than them we'll win this battle for the glory of the Accalian Empire ! All hail to the Crimson King !

Alien and fantasy ships have a lot more potential for different colors and cool patterns. I like how you use a little line of black to trim the red.
I added the black because red and white looks kinda flat together

You can do anything with a ship's hull! And it would probably add a ton to the overall look!
When I think steampunk I just think in drab shades of brown rather than shades of grey.

Good job on yours, you should try playing starmade or space engineer.
