Strange City [ON AN INDEFINITE HIATUS]

This is a city project I've been building for quite a while with my friends (started late 2015). It's very unfinished I know; the city has been rebuilt many, many times alot of structures have been destroyed, sometimes griefed by other players and it's a mess. Sometimes you may even find some signs, books or other things in Polish, which is my native language. But I along with my friends still want to continue the project and make it into a really neat world. We plan on building new and rebuilding old structures just so it looks better. Almost all structures that have been built here are made by hand and no commands were used while building them, only a few were built by commands, like the rails and the quartz and ice skyscraper.

Please tell me what we could improve in our project. I appreciate all feedback
