Surrounded by a Wall

At the moment I have been creating a huge wall around a flat area that took me about a month than started creating the wall.
Once I have finished the wall I will put a path around/on top of the wall for safety and looking over.
Once I have done this I will clear the ground with dirt than built a house or castle.

I am hoping for any suggestions from you guys about the house or castle I should build and the design of it.

Update! Update! Update!!!

I have now finished the wall and cleaning up grounds allowing grass to grow.
Once the castle or house (haven't really decided at the moment) have been completed
than I may think of doing a garden.

I have finished with the wall and now starting the build the castle (with a little help of MCedit)

I'd suggest having lookout towers at each of the 4 corners of the wall. For castle design, there's a few good ones on here that can give you some inspiration.

As far as being banned from the server, ask the friend who was "joking around" to patch things up, seeing as how he's still on the server. He should be able to clear things up and be able to vouch for you since the admin wouldn't believe you.
