Taiga Chalet

Hey There!

After a long break from Minecraft, I wanted to challenge myself with a new mini-series where I build houses for each biome that this game has to offer! Doing research, taking inspiration from how different cultures adapt housing depending on their terrain in real life, and, of course, adding a bit of my own touch to each one!

One of my favourite biomes, and of course had to take heavy inspiration from Bavarian architecture and the Swiss chalets! Emphasising this build with a lot of colour from the shutters and flower beds to break up the spruce and mud bricks! This compact interior also shows off a design that could be used in a small space, making sure the player can use both balconies that view the dense forest!
