Another apartment building by me
It consists of 12 apartment floors with 5 unit on first 10 floors.
The download file has all individual flats. You can build your own buildings by using them
Every light and fire system were tested to make sure everything works correctly
On special request I added also .schem file. It is under alternate download link. During pasting rememger to first enter "//perf off" command. There may be some issues with fire system activating accidently. It is based on ebservers aspecially in the basement and ground floor.

On the last 2 floors there are 3 units per floorThis is building completely different from my previous ones. At first glance it looks like every other building you can see everyday in minecraft. The biggest difference is in the way how it was built. In almost all cases the building are constructed by copying and pasting one floor on top of another. There can by slightly changes of each floor but not too much.
In this project I built and decorated 10 individual flats. They are constructed to be fit to each other in differend configutations. Then I build the basement and ground floor like in every other project. I built central core and fit each flat individually. Now every floor is different from each other. I also built 2 gardens and fit it to the building.
