Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It's the newest Capitol Hovercraft, brought to you by the engineers in District 6. The new stealthy and sleek design greatly fits the aesthetics of The Capitol and it's surroundings. Whether it's a short journey, or a whole day route, our most recent creation will take you everywhere in no time - and more importantly, without making a slightest noise!
This new marvel of engineering is also equipped with a cloaking device, so if you're a movie star, now you have a great way to escape all the paparazzis!

Is this version as prone to blowing up by explosive arrows as the ones in the movie?
