NOTE: this description has been partially rewritten since the original post. You may want to read it again.
UPDATE: Our mistake, your benefit! Mediafire deleted the version here, and we neglected to keep a backup. As such, we uploaded a more up-to-date version containing more work on the next project. We apologize to anyone who failed to download it before. It works now! Honest!
This here is a large city that my brother and I built. We went through great effort to fill out little details and personality throughout this city. The chests have items, rooms are furnished, and so on. We hadn't discovered the glory of bukkit when we made this, so all blocks were placed by hand, and we had to level it out manually. my recommendation: dont do that. just get bukkit. way better.
This project is 100% complete, but we were not originally planning to share it. We had decided on a whim that we might as well share our hard work with the community, so we did. The problem is that by the time that was decided, we had already started to move on. You will find a route to other areas which are still incomplete, but should offer some interesting sights nonetheless. As for the city, we would rather not explain it in much detail here, and leave you just the screenshots. We think you'll have more fun just to explore and see what we have built. See if you can find where all the screenshots were taken. We dare you!
EDIT: given the upcoming 1.8 patch, the size of the next city we intend to add, and the fact this is already using 15/20 available screenshots, it has been decided that the next update to this will in fact have it's own project page. It is still quite a ways off from completion, so we would love to hear your ideas!
Also, if there is demand for it, we would be happy to post a schematic of just this city and the immediately surrounding landscape. Just ask for it.

after that, simply extract the zip file to that directory, and then start the game normally. If it does not then appear in your list of saves, go back to the directory and open up the new folder. If this folder only contains another folder by the same name (i.e, voros/voros/) simply take the contents and move them so that the game does not have to go further than one folder down to find the files. In other worlds, the files (such as level.dat and the region folder, though there are others) should be found in saves/voros, and not something else such as saves/voros/voros. If you are still having trouble, I will need some more specific information about your problem.
