The Stewart Lewis Building is a 12-story Classical Revival residential building (apartment sice 1991, prev. office), located on 9 Dream Ave, Limettan, NLC in the SoHo district; built 1912.
The building was owned by Stewart A. Lewis from 1912 to 1974. In 1975 it was bought by Lion Insurance as an office. In 1988 the company went broke and the Houman-Renard Apartments & Hotels purchased the building to turn it into an apartment and make the full restoration. Later, in 1991, the building was finally opened.
Turned out pretty funny that we both with DreamWanderer accidentally built the same building from Chicago - 888 South Michigan Avenue. But there are some differences in the exterior and scale of the buildings.
Building time: ~4 hours.
Not all buildings are on their final locations, but the uploaded ones are.
All buildings will have exact addresses with numbers, but it will be a bit later.
All projects I will upload are from one giant project called "the United Citrus States (UCS)".
I'll name the state and city in the project title.
The buildings on the background (will) have their own pages.
