Vaporia's eastern coast is dominated by a mighty factory city with a main purpose: The construction and maintenance of Kingdom Regina's largest and most technologically advanced airships. Home to many master engineers and business savvy individuals, as well as petty thieves to a secretive mafia, Torrent City is widely regarded as a city for those who prefer gritty atmospheres and unpleasant smells of burning fuel. An adventurer should be careful here, since despite boasting some of the greatest anti-raid technology, Torrent City's domestic security might be considered dangerously lacking.

Torrent City is equipped with the top military technology in case of potential invasions. Four heavy mortar turrets, many AA guns, and a built-in hangar complete with deployable security steamhelis and fast scramble fighters are more than enough to defend against an assault from the sea.
